We’ve long struggled to find a space that fits our personal values, with an environment that felt welcoming. That’s why we started crook + co – to create the environment that we felt the beauty industry lacked; a loving, kind, accepting place for people to feel safe and comfortable while practicing self-care.
With a group of stylists that share that same dream, we combine our passion for the art of hair with a mission to accept and love every individual. We believe that a hair appointment shouldn’t just be a hair appointment; but a time for you to connect with people. Whether you want to vent about an ex or to boast about your upcoming wedding, it should be a place that you leave not only feeling beautiful on the outside, but warm on the inside as well.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Tina and I am obsessed with hair! From my days spent sewing extensions at my kitchen table aged 14, to winning two of the biggest hair awards in 2020 (Modern Salon’s Top 100 Hairstylists and Beauty Launchpad’s 30 Under 30) it’s been a wild ride so far.
When I’m not doing hair, you might find me snuggling my dog, Gary, or else backpacking around the world learning about different cultures and meeting new people.
Fun fact: I’m the oldest of 10 kids so family is very important to me. I value authentic relationships and raw experiences.
But that’s enough about me for now. We’ll save some of the getting to know each other for when you’re in my chair!
